I've Met My Change Enemy

Here's the story I was on a very crowed NY subway comming home from work .We were packed shoulder to shoulder in that subway car and it was hot. I was standing next to a man who had his shoes covering something on the subway floor. He kept looking down at his shoes so I looked to and I saw that he had 2 pennies that he had found on the subway floor. When he got off he bend down scooped them up and walked off the train. Needless to say there goes my 2 cents. And here I thought I was the only one in NYC picking up change. Fat chance! I did get 1 penny from co-worker

total now is .33

    you are not alone I pick up every bit of change I find. Once in the college parking lot there was about $2.00 in change there for two days and no one picked them up ( at first I was a little embrassed) but I just picked up fropped it in the piggy bank. Now I pick up every thing

    I think I used to embarrass my hubby stopping traffic in the mall by picking up coins I see on the floor. But after seeing how many I find each time, he's actually starting looking, too. At least this way, we aren't window shopping too much. Too busy looking for money!

    I always passed by pennies, but picked up silver change. Now I pick it all up! Never realized how much FREE MONEY is just laying out there on the sidewalk! Big Grin
